Acutaas Chemicals has received approval for the acquisition of 100% share capital of Enchem Ami Organics (EAOPL), a step-down subsidiary of the Company. Consequent to the completion of acquisition, Enchem Ami Organics shall become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Acutaas Chemicals. The Board of Directors of the company has at its meeting held on September 24, 2026, approved the same.
Acutaas Chemicals (formally knowns as Ami Organics) is engaged in business of Custom synthesis and manufacturing of Speciality Chemicals having application in Pharmaceuticals API and others.
