Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Shyam Metalics and Energy has informed that consequent upon the completion of the third year from the date of Grant and pursuant to the SMEL Employee Stock Incentive Options to (ESIP-2023) sub-plan SMEL Performance ESOP Scheme (ESOP-2023), 23% of the Stock options granted to 62 Eligible employees on September 25, 2023 as per the vesting schedule are now available for exercise on completion of third anniversary of grant. It has attached the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
