Dai-Ichi Karkaria has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company framed as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s securities by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from October 1, 2026. The closure of trading window is in connection with the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window will open 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the announcement of publication of said financials results to the stock exchange.
