Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’, Birla Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
