FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per September 25 data: NSDL

25 Sep 2026 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13745.13 crore against gross selling of Rs 18267.09 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4521.96 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1005.32 crore with gross sales of Rs 3239.37 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2234.05 crore in debt.

Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 220.75 crore, while they were net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 1012.18 crore and in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1442.62 crore.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 33.55 crore against gross selling of Rs 29.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4.36 crore in hybrid segment.
