Noting of Resignation of Ms. Nishi Jain (Membership No. A44254) as a Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer. (Refer to Annexure I). 2. Approval for appointment of Nidhi Kothari (Membership No. ACS 54354), as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance officer of the Company effective from September 25, 2026. (Refer to Annexure II).
