In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sanstar has informed, that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, the Members at their 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 had approved, the appointment of Keyur J. Shah and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of one year commencing from April 1, 2026 till March 31, 2027.
