S & S Power Switchgear has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting insider trading formulated by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and would remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window. The date of Board Meeting for aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
