Valencia Nutrition has incorporated three subsidiary companies, namely Valencia POS Solutions, Valencia Consumer Products, and Valencia Snacks & Healthy Bites. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued the Certificate of Incorporation dated September 26, 2026, in respect of Valencia POS Solutions and the Certificates of Incorporation dated September 25, 2026, in respect of Valencia Consumer Products and Valencia Snacks & Healthy Bites. The company holds 75% of the paid-up share capital of each of the aforesaid companies, and accordingly, the said companies have become subsidiaries of the company.
Valencia POS Solutions has the main object of the business of retail sale and distribution of products through vending machines and automated dispensing systems, development and licensing of software, IoT and technology platforms for such machines and allied equipment, and manufacturing, processing, marketing, distribution and sale of airfried food products, snacks and carbonated beverages, along with allied equipment and materials required therefor
Valencia Consumer Products has the main object of the business of manufacturing, processing, formulating, marketing, distribution and sale of consumer products, fast-moving consumer goods, personal care, oral care, fragrance and perfumery products, chocolates, confectionery, candies, sweets and other snacks, and wellness, nutritional and functional products, along with allied ingredients and materials required therefor.
Valencia Snacks & Healthy Bites has the main object of the business of manufacturing, processing, marketing, distribution and sale of food products, processed and packaged foods, snacks, namkeen, dry fruits, nuts, seeds, coffee, cocoa and chocolate products, and health, nutritional and protein-rich food products, along with allied ingredients and materials required therefor.
Valencia Nutrition is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing, sale & distribution of nutraceutical products.
