In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) as amended and in compliance Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Cosmic CRF has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their relatives as defined under the PIT Regulations, with effect from Thursday, October 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year ending on September 30, 2026. The date of consideration of the aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Designated persons and their relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
