RITES has informed that Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from October 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026. All the designated persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to enter/ deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said Financial Results will be intimated separately.
