Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company and including their immediate relatives, will be closed from October 01, 2026, till 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
