HCL Technologies’ software business division -- HCLSoftware is planning to acquire Robotiq.ai, a provider of Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, based in Zagreb, Croatia. HCLSoftware is seeing growing enterprise demand for AI systems that not only reason but execute work reliably across complex business environments. Robotiq.ai adds enterprise RPA capabilities that allow AI-driven workflows to automate tasks in applications where APIs are unavailable or insufficient, extending HCL UnO Agentic's orchestration capabilities from decision-making to execution.

(NSI), incorporated in the USA, has executed an Agreement with a health insurance Company situated in USA for supply, installation, implementation and cloud hosting of the NewgenONE CAG Solution. The aggregate value of the Agreement is $5,475,020.
Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TML Smart City Mobility Solutions (TSCMSL) has invested an amount of Rs 2.60 lakh in Mateshwari E-Smart Mobility (Hyderabad) (MEMHPL) constituting 26% in the paid-up share capital in MEMHPL. Hence, pursuant to said investment, MEMHPL became an Associate of the Company.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company (GE Shipping) has entered into a contract for acquisition of a new-building Suezmax Tanker of about 157,000 dwt on September 28, 2026, to be constructed in the Far East by one of the world’s leading shipbuilders. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in the second half of FY 2028-29. Currently, the vessel is proposed to be financed from internal accruals. The purpose of the acquisition is expansion of the fleet.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases has been awarded a contract by Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), for the supply and erection of a Cryogenic Air Separation Unit (ASU) for the proposed Coal to Ammonium Nitrate (2000 TPD) Project at Bandhabal, Jharsuguda district, Odisha (India). The Capacity of the ASU is 1200 TPD and the date of award September 28, 2026.
Thomas Scott (India) has entered into a Licensing agreement & Global Designated Supplier Agreement with F21 IPCO LLC, a subsidiary of Authentic Brands Group for the Forever 21 brand in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Under the agreement, the company will serve as the exclusive licensee for Forever 21 in India, Nepal and Bangladesh, leading the brand's product design, development, manufacturing, distribution, retail and e-commerce operations. In addition, the company has been appointed a Global Designated Supplier, enabling it to manufacture Forever 21 products for the brand's international partner network.
