Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Decipher Labs has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.10.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30.09.2026, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30.09.2026 will be intimated in due course.
