With reference to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In compliance of the aforesaid circular and pursuant to Company's code of conduct for prevention of insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, Foundry Fuel Products has informed that the trading window shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/employees and their immediate relative from 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended 30th September, 2026 will be informed in due course.
