United Spirits informs about change in management

29 Sep 2026 Evaluate

United Spirits has informed that Nimish Shah, Executive Vice President and Financial Controller, one of the SMPs of the Company, has tendered resignation from the services of the Company with effect from 12th October 2026, and shall consequently cease to be an SMP of the Company, effective the aforesaid date. Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure A. Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 r/w sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, copy of resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B.
