Physical Rubber prices witness some gains on Tuesday

Physical Rubber prices witnessed some gains on Tuesday amid tight global supply conditions. However, gains were capped by demand concerns as declined oil prices lowered production costs for petroleum-based synthetic rubber.

Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety unchanged at its previous closing of Rs 279/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 274/kg to its previous closing of Rs 273/kg.
