Seamec has informed that the Company has entered into a Bimco Charter Party with G R Infraprojects for Charter Hire of its Vessel ‘SEAMEC II’ for deploying in subsea installation in Part Replacement Pipeline (PRP-8A) and DSF 2 Project of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). The tenure of the subcontract is for 180 days with option for extension on mutually agreed terms. The charter to commence within the window period of 15th October 2026 to 31st October 2026. The total value of the subcontract is approximately USD 19.02 million exclusive of GST. Pursuant to Clause 5 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026, it has enclosed the requisite details in respect of the said Bimco Charter Party entered between SEAMEC and G R Infraprojects in the prescribed ANNEXURES.
