Accordingly, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
