East India Drums and Barrels Manufacturing has incorporated an overseas subsidiary in the name and style of EIDB Ceylon in Sri Lanka on September 28, 2026. The company holds 80% of the equity share capital/voting rights of the said entity and accordingly, EIDB Ceylon has became a subsidiary of the company.
The subsidiary has been incorporated to undertake the business of manufacturing of Drums and Barrels in Sri Lanka and to expand the company's presence in the overseas market. The incorporation is aligned with the company's existing line of business.
