Triochem Products has informed that the Trading window for the dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2026 for the all KMP, designated persons, Directors, promoters, persons acting in concert employees of the Company, along with their respective immediate relatives, person having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Company including but not limited to Auditors, accountancy firm, law firms, analysts, consultants, etc., assisting or advising the Company, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/trading/pledge in the securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed. Accordingly, we have decided to close the Trading Window from 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September 2026. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intinated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advice not to deal in the shares of Triochem Products.
