Valencia Nutrition has incorporated a subsidiary company namely, Valencia Can Beverages on September 29, 2026. The company holds 75% of the paid-up share capital of the aforesaid entity, and accordingly, Valencia Can Beverages has become a subsidiary of the Company.
The Subsidiary has the main object of the business of manufacturing, processing, formulating, packaging, marketing, distribution, import, export and sale of beverages, including ready-to-drink, functional, fortified, carbonated, sports, energy and wellness beverages, along with research and development, branding and licensing of related formulations and intellectual property, establishment and operation of manufacturing, bottling and warehousing facilities (including through contract manufacturers), and sale through offline, online, institutional and distribution channels, together with allied products and materials required therefor.
Valencia Nutrition is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing, sale & distribution of nutraceutical products.
