CarTrade Tech has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and code of conduct for prevention of insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2026. During this period, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of the un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
