Transgene Biotek has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM to consider and approve the following matters: 1) To consider and approve the appointment of Eswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, Firm Registration No. 000816S, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Vasavi & Co., Chartered Accountants, subject to the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval of the members of the Company at a general meeting, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2) To consider and approve such other matters as may be decided by the Board. The Company has received the consent letter, eligibility certificate and other applicable confirmations from the proposed Statutory Auditors, Eswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, represented by Karra Pranavi, Partner, Membership No. 232994, for consideration of their appointment.
