Aurobindo Pharma has informed that this is with refer to letters dated July 23, 2026, September 12, 2026 and October 01, 2026, informing that Apitoria Pharma Private Limited (Apitoria), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is acquiring the Contract Research Services business of A1 Biochem Group. A1 Biochem USA Inc (A1 USA Inc), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited (A1 Labs India), has acquired 100% ownership of A1 Biochem Labs LLC (A1 Labs LLC) in accordance with the terms of the Definitive Agreements entered into for the acquisition of A1 Biochem Group. A1 Labs LLC is operating from USA and will now be a step-down subsidiary of A1 Labs India. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as Annexure A.
