ADF Foods signs EPC contract with CleanMax

ADF Foods (ADF) has signed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions (CleanMax) to install a 950 KWp rooftop solar power plant at its manufacturing facility at Surat, Gujarat. The plant will be owned by ADF under the CAPEX model.

The plant is expected to meet approximately 46% of the Surat facility's energy requirements through renewable power generated and consumed on site. Commissioning is targeted by end of this year. The project is in addition to the 2 MW hybrid wind and solar power purchase agreement signed earlier this year for ADF's Nadiad facility, extending the company's renewable energy initiatives to Surat.
