Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ceeta Industries has informed that the Company was intimated today October 03, 2026, about the sudden and sad demise of Bal Krishna Bhalotia (DIN: 00049850), Independent Director of the Company, on October 01, 2026. Bal Krishna Bhalotia had been serving as an independent Director of the Company since August 14,2019 and played a significant role in the strategic growth and governance of the Company. His unexpected demise will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors and employees express their deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure.
