Godawari Power and Ispat has received approval for the proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company in the name of ‘Godawari Energy Solutions’ in the State of Maharashtra for the purpose of undertaking Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance activities relating to Battery Energy Storage Systems, renewable energy, power, electrical etc, and allied infrastructure projects. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 10, 2026 has approved the proposal for the same.

Godawari Power and Ispat is engaged in the production of sponge iron, steel billets, ferro alloys, HB wires, oxygen, fly ash bricks and is also in the power business.
