Zydus Lifesciences, in partnership with MSN Laboratories (MSN), has launched Riociguat Tablets, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.5 mg, 2 mg and 2.5 mg, in the United States. Zydus and MSN are the first companies to launch a generic version of Adempas (riociguat) in the U.S. market. The product was developed and is manufactured by MSN. Riociguat Tablets are approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) as a generic equivalent of Adempas Tablets in all five strengths.
Adani Power and Druk Green Power Corp. (DGPC), Bhutan’s state-owned generation utility, have signed the Shareholders Agreement (SHA) for setting up a 770 MW Chamkharchhu-I Hydroelectric Project in the Kingdom of Bhutan. The project marks the second major hydropower collaboration between the two partners following the 570 MW Wangchhu Hydroelectric Project agreement signed in September 2025, and forms part of the broader 5,000 MW hydropower development Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Adani Group and DGPC in May 2025.
Minda Corporation (MCL) has acquired additional 1,80,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10 each for an amount aggregating to Rs 18 crore on October 05, 2026 in Spark Minda-Toyodenso India, subsidiary of MCL, pursuant to the Rights Issue. The acquisition aims to support the growing operational and capital expenditure requirements of the business of Subsidiary Company. The subsidiary company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of advanced Automotive Switches.
Solex Energy has secured work order from a domestic entity. The work order is for the supply of TopCon Bifacial G2G 620Wp Solar PV Modules aggregating to a total order value of Rs 13.16 crore, inclusive of applicable taxes.
ACME Solar Holdings through its subsidiary i.e. ACME Renewtech, has commissioned additional 66.68 MW of the solar capacity located at Village- Kelan, Tehsil-Chhatargarh, District-Bikaner, Rajasthan, on October 05, 2026. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be October 07, 2026. With this, ACME Renewtech has achieved a commissioned solar capacity of 133.36 MW out of 300 MW of the Hybrid Power Project. Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for this project has been signed with NTPC.
BCPL Railway Infrastructure has bagged an order for Replacement of overaged old structures in Waria-Raniganj Section of ASN Division of Eastern Railway. The total project cost comprises of Rs 37.26 crores and it is expected to be executed over a period of 12 months.
