ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that the Company has allotted a total of 32,526 (Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six Only) equity shares of ?10 each on October 5, 2026, under the following schemes: ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme-2005 - 30,451 equity shares; ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2023 - 2,075 equity shares. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee has approved the allotment of 15,000 equity shares to the Whole time Director of the Company. In addition, pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors, the Whole time Director has approved the allotment of 17,526 equity shares to other eligible option/unit holders. The above allotment of total 32,526 Equity Shares of ? 10 each were made today at 10:36 pm. (being time of the last approval). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.
