The work order is for the supply of TopCon Bifacial G2G Solar PV Modules aggregating to a total order value of ?180.98 crore (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Crore and Ninety-Eight Lakh Only), inclusive of applicable taxes. Further, the details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
