Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in the name and style of ‘Zaggle Holding’ in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), United Arab Emirates (UAE). The proposed entity will be engaged in Fintech/ SaaS /AI business along with acting as holding company for holding investments in group and third-party entities, as per business requirements. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 6, 2026, has approved the same.
