Crude oil futures ended flat with positive bias on Tuesday, after recovering earlier losses, as traders balanced higher oil supplies against fears that Houthi attacks in Yemen could disrupt supplies. Benchmark crude oil futures for November delivery rose by $0.01 or 0.01% to settle at $89.44 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for December delivery added $0.26 or 0.26% to settle at $100.58 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
