Mahindra Lifespace Developers has launched Mahindra Rivenza, a residential development spread across 13.46 acres in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune, with an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 3,500 crore. As part of the launch, Phase 1 will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences within the development. The development will feature amenities spread across over 2.65 lakh sq. ft. including one the largest clubhouses in the township spanning across over 44,000 sq. ft., and landscaped green spaces extending over 9 acres.
JSW Cement has successfully commissioned an additional 1.00 MTPA cement grinding unit at Nagaur, Rajasthan. The commissioning marks another significant step in the company’s growth strategy. With this commissioning, JSW Cement’s total cement grinding capacity has increased to 25.10 MTPA, while its total clinker manufacturing capacity, including clinker capacity at its joint venture, JSW Cement FZC, stands at 9.74 MTPA.
Blue Dart Express has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) to explore the movement of express parcels on the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat corridor. The collaboration will examine how Blue Dart’s pickup and delivery network can move express parcels utilizing the transformational regional rail connectivity to serve businesses and customers across the National Capital Region. As part of the MoU, the two organisations will assess operational requirements, parcel volumes, station facilities, service standards and commercial arrangements to arrive at a feasible solution.

The certificate of incorporation for the same was received on October 6, 2026. Paradip has been incorporated for development and operations of two dry bulk berths at Paradip Port, Odisha.

Axis Solutions has bagged an project worth around 4.03 million euro (around Rs 43.51 crore) from John Cockerill Hydrogen - Belgium SA for the design, manufacturing and supply of over 100 Gas Analyzers for the Kakinada project in India. The project covers Oxygen (O2) and Hydrogen (H2) analyzers with sample handling systems for the 32 Gas Separation Units of the project. The scope comprises H2 analyzers and O2 analyzers, with the complete analyzer and sampling system IECEx certified.
