Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), read with the circulars issued thereunder, and further to its disclosure dated 25 September 2026, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has informed that Global Impx Inc., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is delivering the AI Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Support Services engagement for IBM Cloud Inc, under the Statement of Work at a fixed fee of US$15,500,000 (approximately ?147 crore). Work is under way on requirement gathering and infrastructure assessment, the first phases of a 13-phase implementation plan. The details required under the Listing Regulations are set out in Annexure A, and a copy of the press release being issued by the Company in this regard is enclosed as Annexure B.
