Credit rating agency, CRISIL has reaffirmed ‘A1’ rating to V-Guard Industries’ commercial paper worth Rs 60 crore. The rating reaffirmation continues to reflect the company’s diversified product portfolio, providing stability to its revenues, strong brand equity, especially in the South-Indian markets, well-established marketing network, and leading position in the organised market for voltage stabilisers.
The rating is also supported by the company’s gradually strengthening market position in other electrical and consumer durable products segments, its healthy financial risk profile, and its sound working capital management.
V-Guard Industries manufactures a range of products namely voltage stabilizers, pumps, electric water heaters, solar water heaters, cables, UPS, ceiling fans, etc. The company also conducts research and development initiatives for electronic products, electric geysers, electro-mechanical products, electrical wires and solar water heaters.
