VMS Industries has informed that Sangeeta Jain (DIN: 00125273) has tendered her resignation from the office of Whole-Time Director as well as Director of the Company, with effect from 25th October 2026, due to personal reasons and other commitments, as stated in her resignation letter. Khyati Bhavya Shah (DIN: 09430457) has tendered her resignation from the office of Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 8 th October 2026, due to certain opportunities and other pre-occupations, as stated in her resignation letter. Consequently, Khyati Bhavya Shah shall cease to be an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and shall also cease to be a Member/Chairperson, as applicable, of the Committees of the Board in which she is presently a member, with effect from 8th October 2026. Khyati Bhavya Shah has further confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those stated in her resignation letter. The resignation letter received from Khyati Bhavya Shah is enclosed.
