Cochin Shipyard’s arm bags two luxury river cruise vessels order

Cochin Shipyard’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Hooghly Cochin Shipyard (Hooghly-CSL) has bagged a notable order from Heritage River Journeys. The order is for the construction of two Luxury River Cruise vessels. The company classified the order under the Notable category, indicating an order value between Rs 100 crore and Rs 250 crore.

This is a repeat order placed by Heritage River Journeys on Hooghly-CSL following the earlier order placed in June 2025. The vessels are expected to be delivered by June 2029 and June 2030 respectively.

Cochin Shipyard is the first Greenfield and presently the most modern shipbuilding and ship repair yard in India.
