Xtranet Technologies has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary of the company under the name and style of ‘XtraNet Data Centre’. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 09, 2026, has approved the same. The proposed company will engage in establishing, developing, owning, operating, maintaining and commercializing data centers and related digital infrastructure, including cloud, colocation, AI-ready infrastructure, disaster recovery and allied technology services, in India and abroad.
