Cochin Shipyard has informed that Hooghly Cochin Shipyard (Hooghly-CSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of CSL, has bagged a Notable order from Heritage River Journeys for the construction of two Luxury River Cruise vessels. This is a repeat order placed by Heritage River Journeys on Hooghly-CSL following the earlier order placed in June 2025. The vessels are expected to be delivered by June 2029 and June 2030 respectively. None of the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. Further, the said order also does not fall under the purview of related party transactions.
