Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sandu Pharmaceuticals has informed that the name of Dr Neeti Madan Kapre (DIN: 06801264, [Non-Executive Independent Director] of the Company, has been changed from Dr Neeti Madan Kapre to Dr Neeti Gupta consequent upon her marriage. The change in name has been duly supported by the relevant documentary evidence and the same has been taken on record by the Company. They further confirmed that there is no change in the designation, directorship or DIN of the Director, and the aforesaid intimation is only in respect of the change in her name.
