Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Share India Securities has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Kalpesh Dave as President-Wealth Management and have classified him as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended from time to time, is enclosed as Annexure. The aforesaid approval was accorded by the Board of Directors by way of a resolution passed through circulation on October 12, 2026, approximately at 11:32 am.
