Bajaj Healthcare has executed a Deed of Assignment with Spa Vet and Indosol Pure Technologies for the sale of an undertaking of the company situated at Dahej Industrial Area, GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat.
The undertaking was not operational during the last financial year, therefore turnover or revenue contribution is Nil. The transaction is expected to be completed upon fulfillment of conditions as mentioned under the Deed of Assignment. The consideration for the transaction is approximately Rs 14.67 crore.
Bajaj Healthcare mainly focuses on development, manufacturing and supply of Amino Acids, Nutritional Supplements and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals and Food industries.
