Alpha Wave Global has sold 1.51% stake in Lenskart Solutions for around Rs 1,704.79 crore through an open market transaction. Alpha Wave Global, through Alpha Wave Ventures, LP, has sold around 2.64 crore shares of the company at an average price of Rs 645.31 apiece.

Earlier, Alpha Wave Global has sold 1.69% stake in Lenskart Solutions, through open market transactions worth around Rs 1856.78 crore.

Lenskart Solutions is a technology-driven eyewear company with integrated operations spanning designing, manufacturing, branding and retailing of eyewear products.
