Polycab India has informed that the appeal in the matter of Asier Metals vs. Polycab India (Company), which was earlier listed before the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Hon'ble NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, on October 26, 2026, was mentioned today, October 14, 2026 for an early hearing. The Hon'ble NCLAT has granted the request for early listing, and accordingly, the appeal is now scheduled to be heard on October 15, 2026. The Company shall continue to notify the Stock exchanges of material events or information upon its occurrence.
