Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) has informed that Amit Gupta (Membership No. 13518) vide his letter dated October 14, 2026, has conveyed his intention to step down from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, to be effective from close of business hours on October 31, 2026. The Board of Directors of the Company places on record their highest appreciation for the support and significant contributions made by him during his tenure as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with the Company. Further, following his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information, and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under this regulation, with effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2026. Details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule Ill (Part A) of Listing Regulations, along with the additional details required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended, are enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
