Jio Platforms, the digital and telecom arm of Reliance Industries, is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) to raise around Rs 30,213 crore, making it India's largest. The issue will open on October 21, 2026 and will close on October 23, 2026. It has fixed a price band of Rs 1,065-1,119 per share.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 27 crore equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The IPO will offer fresh issue only, with no offer-for-sale component, so the proceeds would go to the company rather than to selling shareholders. The proceeds would be used to prepay certain borrowings of material subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm (RJIL) and for general corporate purposes.
Jio Platforms houses Reliance’s digital businesses, including its telecommunications operations.
