Further, it has informed that: • 14,130 RSUs under the ‘HCL Technologies Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2024’ (‘RSU Plan 2024’) that were earlier approved for grant have been cancelled. • Vesting date for 7,252 RSUs granted on July 2, 2026 under the RSU Plan 2024 has been corrected to July 31, 2027.
