ArMee Infotech has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Armee MH One Renewable Energy’. The WOS has been incorporated with the primary objective to design, develop, construct, own, operate and maintain solar photovoltaic power projects and associated evacuation and transmission infrastructure, and to generate, transmit, supply, trade and sell electricity to State Electricity Boards, distribution licensees, government bodies, power exchanges and other consumers, including under long-term Power Purchase Agreements, along with undertaking engineering, procurement and construction of solar and renewable energy projects and other incidental and ancillary activities.
The WOS shall act as a Special Purpose Vehicle of ArMee Infotech for the development of solar power project(s).
ArMee Infotech is a technology infrastructure and managed services company focused on delivering mission-critical solutions to Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and the BFSI sector.
