Shivchem Agro has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), the provisions specified under Regulation 23, shall not apply, in respect of: 1. Listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty-five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year, 2. Listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. It may be further noted that the Company is listed on SME Exchange, and therefore Regulation 23(9) is not applicable to the Company. Accordingly, in view of the exemption available under Regulation 15(2)(b) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the company is not required to submit related party disclosure as required under Regulation 23 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
